TeleCare is a group of trained individuals who reach out through telephone calls to people who are dealing with medical issues, going through grief, surviving a transition in their life, and other life challenges. This telephone call may be the first outreach from the church in the time of crisis. The caregiver continues the telecare until the individual feels the crisis has passed.
