MONDAY MORNING

The Men’s Monday Morning group will study Acts this year. Our agenda is coffee and talk about current events …State, Carolina, Duke, Hurricanes…  After about 15-20 minutes we move into the lesson. Our focus is on discussion of the scripture – exchanging different views on the “what and why” of the assigned scripture.  We believe we get great value listening and challenging others interpretation of scripture.   Our process is to go verse by verse through the assignment with the leader (facilitator) asking some provocative questions to get the discussions going.  It is not unusual to get side tracked to areas somewhat but not directly related to the assigned scripture.  Attendance is usually around 15-18 guys.  For more information call/write:  Skip White fhwhite@mindspring.com 453-2909 or Fred KIrchmann fkirch@msn.com 847-2050.

Study:  1 and 2 Peter, 2 and 3 John, and Jude using “Be Hopeful” and “Be Alert” by Warren Wiersbe (books to supplement Scripture reading).
